About (Profile/Biography):
Isidor Feinstein "I. F." Stone was an American novelist, author, and journalist who specialised in investigative reporting. Stone is renowned for I. F. Stone's Weekly (1953–1971), a weekly that was published from 1953 to 1971 and was ranked second among print journalism magazines by the journalism program at New York University in 1999. Stone is also known for his politically progressive beliefs. Stone studied at Haddonfield High. In his graduating class of 52 students, he came in 49th place. In the second year of high school, he launched The Progress newspaper, which marked the beginning of his journalism career.

Career:

He was a traditional reporter who conducted his research and searched public domain documents for the statistics, data, and quotes he would need to support his reporting on current events.
A documentary based on the work and principles of I.F. Stone as an outcast journalist, ALL GOVERNMENTS LIE: Truth, Deception, and the Spirit of I.F. Stone was released in 2016.
