The yoga instructor and former actress, Mandy Ingber, is one of the most well-known yoga instructors in the world. She was born on January 11th, 1968, and had been teaching yoga since the early 1990s. Ingber had been teaching indoor cycling classes since the age of 28 before he became a yoga instructor. Her childhood her father introduced her to the practice of yoga in 1975 when she was just a child. During her career as a yoga instructor, she has produced instructional training DVDs such as Yogalosophy, which teaches yoga to students.
Career:
1977: As an actress, Ingber began her career as a member of Neil Simon's original company, Brighton Beach Memoirs, which won the award for best play.
Throughout her career, she played varying roles in television series, including Annie Tortelli on the television sitcom Cheers along with its short-lived spin-off The Tortellis, who was the girlfriend of the eldest son of Carla.
Among her many roles, she has been a spokesperson for companies such as Silk Soymilk and contributed to a number of fitness and wellness platforms as a fitness and wellness advisor.
Her role as Robin, Baby's cousin, was also featured in the television series version of Dirty Dancing that aired in 1988.
Mandy Ingber has also appeared in other films such as Charles in Charge, in which she played Enid, Lila Pembroke's friend, and Teen Witch (1989) where she portrayed Polly Goldenberg-Cohen.
