She holds a career-high ranking of 21 in doubles, set in May 2022, and has 15 titles in the ITF Women's Circuit, six and nine in singles.

2014: Caroline Dolehide reached the semifinals of the girls' singles event at the US Open in 2014, despite qualifying for the main draw. Several top ten seeds were upset by her, including Markéta Vondroucová, before finally losing to eventual champion Marie Bouzková.
2015: Caroline Dolehide won a Grade 1 title with Ena Shibahara at the USTA International Spring Championships in April 2015. They reached another Easter Bowl final the following week, losing to Sofia Kenin and Katie Swan.
