Rajdeep Sardesai is one of the most notorious reporters in India. He resigned in 2014 as editor-in-chief of Global broadcast news that considers CNN-IBN, IBN7, etc. His father, Dilip Sardesai, was the former Indian Test Cricketer Rajdeep pursued his graduation from St. Xavier College, Mumbai University, and got a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Law from University College, Oxford. He started his career on the popular News Channel NDTV and hosted the famous TV show the Big Fight.

Career

In 1988: Rajdeep Sardesai started his career as an editor with the Times of India.

In 1994: Sardesai started his television career by joining NDTV as Political Editor.

In 2005: He quit NDTV and started his own News channel, Global broadcast news (GBN).

In 2005: Rajdeep Sardesai became the editor-in-chief of the New channel CNN-IBN.

In 2019: He wrote the book: How Modi won India and Modi Ki Jeet.

In 2008: Rajdeep Sardesai received the Padma Shri by the President of India.
