Rakesh Jhunjhunwala was born on July 5th, 1960, in Mumbai. He’s known as the “Big Bull of India” and was born into a Rajasthani Marwari family. In addition to his career as a billionaire business magnate, he was also an investor and stock trader. This led to him becoming the 438th richest person in the world when he died. Alongside Rare Enterprises, he managed his assets there. Although he died in 2021, his legacy lives on, with him being chairman and director to many companies. One of them being Akasa Air. They investigated his insider trading that year as well which resulted in him settling with the SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India). Others in this field often referred to him as the Indian Warren Buffet due to how well he did on the stock market back in India.
