Sonakshi Sinha is a well-known Bollywood actress who has appeared in a number of hit movies. Before entering the glamorous world of Bollywood, Sonakshi was a fashion design student at Mumbai's SNDT University. She gained fame in 2010 when she co-starred with Salman Khan in the action drama Dabangg, which brought her numerous accolades, including a Filmfare Award. She also goes by the name Dabang Girl because she has appeared in multiple films where she played a brazen girl.

Careers:

In 2010: With the hugely successful Hindi movie Dabangg, Sonakshi Sinha made her acting debut alongside Salman Khan.

In 2012: Sonakshi performed the major role alongside Akshay Kumar in "Rowdy Rathore”. Her next movie, Joker, which starred Akshay Kumar as well, was a box office failure.

In 2013: Sinha's next movie, Lootera, earned critical acclaim for her role at the box office.

In 2014: Sonakshi appeared in Action Jackson, which also starred Ajay Devgn. She made her Tamil film debut In Lingaa, alongside Rajinikanth. This was her final release of 2014.

In 2016: Akira, Sonakshi's debut independent film, was also released.

Between 2015 and 2017, Sonakshi Sinha appeared as a judge on several reality series, including Nach Baliye, and Indian Idol.

Achievements and Awards:

For Dabangg, Sonakshi received the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut.

Sonakshi took home the prize for Female Actor Most Entertaining in Romantic Role in 2014.
