Which Possible Love Character Are You? - Possible Love Quiz

Possible Love is a South Korean drama directed by Lee Chang-dong and co-written with Oh Jung-mi. It marks Lee’s return to feature filmmaking after Burning (2018), and brings together four leading performers: Jeon Do-yeon, Sul Kyung-gu, Cho Yeo-jeong, and Zo In-sung. The film examines love not as a simple romantic ideal, but as something shaped by class, work, family, desire, and the truths people struggle to admit.Show More

The story follows two married couples whose lives seem far apart. Mi-ok works at a mask factory and shares a modest home with her husband Ho-seok, a worker who has been laid off, and their young son. Ho-seok carries the weight of losing his job and is reluctant to revisit the experiences that led to it. Mi-ok, meanwhile, tries to keep her daily life moving while holding on to her own tender, imaginative view of the world.
Their circumstances change after they meet Ye-ji, a documentary filmmaker who wants to record the lives of workers affected by layoffs. Ye-ji lives in a world of greater comfort with her husband Sang-woo, a wealthy and difficult-to-read man. The documentary brings the couples into closer contact, but the camera does more than observe their differences. It creates new connections, exposes awkward contrasts, and draws attention to emotions that had been left unspoken.
As the four become more entangled, each must face the gap between the life they show others and the desires they keep private. Questions of dignity, intimacy, envy, belonging, and responsibility run beneath their conversations. The film’s tension grows through small shifts in behaviour and relationships rather than a straightforward contest between heroes and villains. Each character has vulnerabilities and contradictions, and the story asks what people owe to one another when their needs collide.
This personality quiz is inspired by the film’s particular setup: a documentary about laid-off workers, the meeting of two unequal households, and the private feelings that emerge as the couples grow closer. It is not a trivia test, and there are no wrong answers. Choose the response that most resembles your instincts, then count the character names in brackets to discover which of the four personalities feels closest to yours.
