Which Loves Company Character Are You? - Loves Company Quiz

Loves Company is a 2026 dark comedy written and directed by Jason Laurits. Rachel Dratch plays Antoinette Funk, while Jack Plotnick plays Blake de Troy, a fading television personality known for the game show The Hollywood Surprise. The film asks what happens when a celebrity meets the one fan who has never stopped believing in him.Show More

Blake faces professional decline and personal loss when a car accident leaves him stranded in the Florida Everglades. Antoinette, a lonely and devoted admirer, rescues him and takes him into her care. She sees this as a chance to be close to the performer she has admired. Blake, however, initially believes he has been kidnapped and tries to escape.
Their arrangement grows more complicated as Antoinette's hospitality and need for companionship meet Blake's vanity and self-interest. He eventually sees that a story about his supposed captivity might attract attention and help revive his career. The comedy comes from the clash between genuine emotional needs and calculated performance, as well as the gap between a celebrity's public image and private behavior.
Shoney, played by Sarah Baker, and Jimmy, played by Bryan Batt, add to the film's wider character relationships and emotional context. Across the ensemble, the story explores fame, grief, loneliness, devotion, and the desire to matter to someone. The isolated Everglades setting intensifies the characters' competing needs and makes their unusual situation harder to leave behind.
This quiz uses Antoinette, Blake, Shoney, and Jimmy as its four character matches. Its questions draw on the film's rescue, celebrity fandom, publicity schemes, and relationships shaped by loss and loyalty. They explore how you respond to attention, uncertainty, emotional needs, and complicated people rather than testing your memory of the plot.
Choose the response that feels most natural. There are no right or wrong answers; tally the character names in brackets to discover your closest match.

If someone keeps performing confidence while clearly struggling underneath, how would you respond to the person behind it?

If your public image is fading and an unexpected scandal could revive it, how would you handle the tempting chance?

If the people around you disagree about what loyalty should look like, which principle would you use to find your way?

If a strange personal crisis became a possible public spectacle, how would you decide what should remain private?

When a relationship mixes genuine affection with an unequal need for attention, what would you try to bring into balance?

When an unexpected chance could change your life but might deepen a messy situation, what would matter most?

When grief and career pressure arrive together, which instinct would most likely shape your next important decision?

When someone you admire turns out to be difficult in private, what helps you balance affection with what you now see?

When an admired television star suddenly needs your help after a crash, what would guide the way you respond?

A lonely person offers more care than you expected, but the situation feels complicated; what would you do next?
