Tony Ferguson was born in California and is most well-known as a professional mixed martial artist. He first started wrestling while still in school and college, which eventually led him to drop out and move to the west coast. That’s where he got his nickname El Cucuy and began his MMA career. Tony also trained under some of the biggest names in the sport, even creating his own unique training techniques that helped with his strength and agility. He returned back home in 2007 to be closer to his extended family. However, before finishing his degree he worked as a salesman in the morning and a bartender at night.
