Chris Gayle, a Jamaican cricketer, competes for the West Indies cricket team. The athlete, who was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, is regarded as one of the top ball-hitters in the limited-over formats of the modern game. He has a lot of One-Day International (ODI) records in addition to T20 games. Many experts have challenged his reputation as the greatest T20 player of all time. He is typically seen as suitable for limited-over games due to his quirky and tenacious style of play. However, it should be mentioned that he also has a number of records in Test cricket. He became the first player in the history of the game to knock a six off the first ball of a Test match in 2012.

1999: Chris Gayle played for the main West Indian team for the first time.
2007:  In 'World Twenty20,' Chris scored 117 runs against South Africa, which set a record for highest score.
2008: Due to his reputation as a hard-hitter, Chris was one of the best choices for the Indian Premier League.
2012: Chris hit a six off the first ball in a Test match against Bangladesh, becoming the first cricketer to do so.
