Ana Cabrera was born on May 13, 1982, and is an American television journalist. She was a CNN reporter and anchor from 2013 to 2022. She joined MSNBC in April 2023. Originally from Denver, Cabrera graduated from Washington State University and worked for NBC affiliate KHQ-TV in Spokane, Washington. After working as the morning news anchor at KMGH-TV Channel 7 News in Denver, she relocated back to her hometown. While there, she received an Emmy for her reporting on the High Park fire as part of a broadcast team.
