Cory Spinks won his fifth world title by defeating reigning champion Roman Karmazin at the Savvis Center on July 8, 2006 (some sanctioning bodies call it Super Welterweight). Despite some rough moments, spinks beat Karmazin by majority decision by scores of 114-114, 115-113, and 115-113.
