One of the members of 'The Jacksons' saw Abdul choreographing their single 'Torture' during a 'NBA' game and offered him the chance to choreograph it.
1980: She choreographed The Jacksons' new tour, "Victory".
1988: As a result of her debut pop album 'Forever Your Girl' becoming a huge hit, she gained a great deal of popularity. Later that year, she released 'Spellbound,' which became a top-selling album at the time.
1995: Under the Virgin Records label, she released another pop album titled 'Head Over Heels'. Later, she began choreographing scenes for theater and film productions, such as 'Reefer Madness' and 'American Beauty.'
