Lalisa Manobal, well-known as Lisa, is a South Korean-based singer, rapper, and dancer who is Thai. She is a part of the YG Entertainment-created Blackpink girl group from South Korea. The single album Lisa, released in September 2021, was Lisa's solo debut. She was the first female artist to achieve this when the album sold over 736,000 copies during its South Korean debut week. The main single's accompanying music video had 73.6 million views on YouTube on the first day after release, making it the solo artist's most popular music video of the same period. Her breaking the record and creating a new one is the result of this.

In 2010: As a teenager, Lisa auditioned in Thailand to join YG Entertainment, a South Korean record label.

In 2011: Lisa shifted to South Korea and spend five years as a trainee in South Korea.

In 2016: Lisa became the first non-ethnic Korean member of South Korean girl group Blackpink.

In 2018: On her YouTube channel, Lilifilm Official, she showcases travel, lifestyle, and dance performances.
