Claire Conner McCaskill, is a politician born July 24, 1953. Rolla, Missouri, is McCaskill's hometown. A tight election won by Republican Matt Blunt over Democratic incumbent Bob Holden resulted in her losing the election for Governor of Missouri in 2004. The McCaskills had three children with her husband David Exposito, with whom she was married for twelve years. During McCaskill's tenure as Jackson County Prosecutor during the period of their marriage, they divorced after 11 years of marriage.
