Sir Alan Campbell is a British Labour politician who has represented Tynemouth in the House of Commons since 1997. Before entering Parliament, Alan worked as a history teacher and later became a sixth-form head. He joined Tony Blair's government as a whip and subsequently served as a Home Office minister.
