Mark Mothersbaugh, a well-known American musician, was born in Akron, Ohio on May 18, 1950.  Mark is widely known as the lead singer and co-founder of the new wave band Devo. He has also established himself as a talented composer in the fields of film and television.

Mark Mothersbaugh Career:

In 1972, Mothersbaugh and other Kent State University art students started the band Devo, which achieved popularity for its distinct sound and aesthetic. 

In 1978: The band published "Q: Are We Not Men?," their debut album. A: Brian Eno's We Are Devo!, which was released and received positive reviews.

Mark Mothersbaugh Career Music and Film Career:

In addition to his work with Devo, Mothersbaugh has composed music for various films and television shows.  

Mothersbaugh has had the opportunity to work alongside director Wes Anderson on numerous projects, which include "Bottle Rocket," "Rushmore," and "The Royal Tenenbaums," among others. 

Mothersbaugh has contributed to various television shows like "Rugrats," "Pee-wee's Playhouse," and "Big Love."
