Whitney Eve Port-Rosenman is a fashion designer, novelist, and television personality from the United States. After being chosen for the reality television programme The Hills, which followed the professional and personal lives of Port and her friends Heidi Montag, Lauren Conrad, and Audrina Patridge, Port gained notoriety in 2006. She worked as an intern for Kelly Cutrone's People's Revolution and Teen Vogue throughout the film's development. Port was hired to star in her own spin-off program of The City after relocating to New York City to start an intern with Diane von Fürstenberg in 2008. The original series The City followed Port and her friends Olivia Palermo, Jay Lyon, and Adam Senn.
