Erika Lane Kirk (née Frantzve; born November 20, 1988) is an American businesswoman, faith driven podcaster, and political figure now leading Turning Point USA. Raised in Ohio and Arizona, she grew up in a Catholic family with early volunteer work in soup kitchens, basketball and volleyball in school, and strong academic interests. Erika studied political science & international relations at Arizona State University, played at Regis University college basketball, and later earned a Juris Master degree while shepherding multiple nonprofit and faith based enterprises. She won Miss Arizona USA in 2012 and used her platform for activist work. After her husband Charlie Kirk’s assassination in September 2025, she was unanimously appointed CEO & Chair of Turning Point USA, vowing to carry forward his mission.
