Cynthia Jane Williams was born in 1947 and died in 2023. She was an American actress and producer best known for playing Shirley Feeney on the television sitcom Happy Days (1975-1979) and Laverne & Shirley (1976-1982). Additionally, she appeared in American Graffiti (1973) and The Conversation (1974). When she was a year old, the family moved to Dallas, Texas, and when she was ten, they returned to Los Angeles. Carol Ann was her only sibling. During his childhood, Williams wrote and acted at a church and later acted at Birmingham High School. Her major was theater at Los Angeles City College.
