Sergey Brin is a Russian-American entrepreneur, computer scientist, and co-founder of Google. He was born in Moscow in 1973 to Russian Jewish parents who emigrated to the United States in 1979. Brin received his Bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Maryland and his Master's degree in computer science from Stanford University. Brin and Larry Page built Google in a garage in Menlo Park, California. Brin was the president of Alphabet, Google's parent company, until 2019.
