Paul Jenkins, a well-known American painter, was renowned for his use of supple colour and light. He was born in Kansas City, Missouri, in 1923, and he started his creative education there. In the 1950s, Jenkins' career as a painter got underway, and he quickly became connected to the abstract expressionist movement. He used a range of mediums, such as acrylic, oil paint, and plastic, and was renowned for using poured paint to produce expansive, flowing canvases. He is regarded as one of the founding fathers of abstract painting in the United States and was a member of the Abstract Expressionist movement.

Paul Jenkins Sculptures:

Jenkins used materials including wire, cloth, and paint to make sculptures, and these pieces frequently featured characteristics of fluidity and movement. His "Window" (1963), a hanging wire and fabric piece, and "Horizontal Sweep," a sizable painted aluminium sculpture, are two of his most well-known works of sculpture.
